![]() | Owner / Business Manager Brad Howard, J.D., received his Law degree from William & Mary Law School in 1992. He received his Bachelor's degree in History from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Brad practiced as a litigation attorney for the federal government for 17 years, but left the law to help his wife open and operate Spay Now. However, he continues to provide pro bono legal work for animal-related nonprofits. Like his wife, he is dedicated to fighting pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs and education. He lives in Grasonville with his wife and cats. |

![]() | Veterinarian Roxanne Mitchell, D.V.M. is a Wisconsin native who graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, School of Veterinary Medicine. She did her undergraduate studies in Biology and Chemistry at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Mitchell’s interest in veterinary medicine was fostered by volunteering in her community’s humane society. She has since become dedicated to working with rescue, humane, and low-cost organizations. She spent 2 years in Austin, TX honing her skills in these specialties. She also has experience in general, feline only, and emergency medicine. She lives in Gaithersburg with her husband, 2 children, a dog and two special needs kitties. |
![]() | Lead Veterinary Assistant - Grasonville Nicole lives in Greensboro with her two bulldogs and miniature dachshund. She started working with animals in 2005 as a volunteer for Animal Resource Foundation. Besides working at Spay Now, she is a full time student at Anne Arundel studying Animal Science. She has taken courses in animal CPR and massage. |
![]() | Veterinary Assistant - Grasonville Ashley lives in Queen Anne with her dog Gus and 5 cats. She is currently enrolled in the Chesapeake College Veterinary assistant program. She enjoys listening to and playing music, taking pictures and playing with her animals. |
