Owner/Veterinarian Kate Howard, DVM graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2000. She received her Bachelor's degree in biology from Towson University. She has experience in private practice and Shelter Medicine, Surgery, and Dentistry. She has focused on Shelter Medicine since 2004 and is dedicated to fighting pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs and education. She started Spay Now in the summer of 2008. She lives in Grasonville with her husband and cats. |  |
Receptionist Laura lives on the Eastern Shore with her dogs. She actively shows bull terriers and is the bull terrier rescue coordinator to the BTCA for Maryland. |  |
Veterinary Assistant Nicole lives in Greensboro with her two bulldogs. She started working with animals in 2005 as a volunteer for Animal Resource Foundation. Besides working at Spay Now, she is a full time student at Anne Arundel studying Animal Science. She has taken courses in animal CPR and massage. |  |
Veterinary Assistant Megan lives on the Eastern Shore with her husband and son. She has been working at Spay Now since we opened in 2008. Before coming to Spay Now she worked as a groomer for 5 years. |  |
Veterinary Assistant Danielle lives in Sudlersville with her husband and a flock of animals including goats, dogs, cats, horses and birds. She has been working with animals since 1995. |  |
